Case Studies

Axa Insurance Awards

The Big Event Group provided a full lighting and PA system for the AXA Insurance Awards to meet their audio visual needs. We also provided black backdrops and the staging for the awards and the featured entertainment. This consisted of both a 7-piece band and a DJ.

From the beginning of the event at 7pm, we provided event photography to capture group pictures. In total, the Big Event Group supplied the PA system for audio, the lighting, stage, and conference set for this event.

Eli Lilly

The global pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly required complete AV hire in Liverpool for a two-day event. The Big Event Group provided the stage, lighting, and HD projection for the conference on diabetes.

With around 150 delegates attending from all over the EU, the conference and awards dinner at the Titanic Hotel incorporated Liverpool themes. The function band we provided created a lighter atmosphere, entertaining the guests throughout the dinner and onwards into the evening.
